We review reports and may:

  • Remove or restrict violating content.
  • Warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts.
  • Request additional information or verification.
  • Escalate serious matters to appropriate authorities when required or appropriate (including suspected trafficking or CSAM).

We aim to act promptly, prioritizing urgent safety issues.

7. Enforcement

We may take enforcement action at our discretion, including (without limitation):

  • Content removal or visibility restriction
  • Account warnings or feature limitations

8. Appeals

If you believe we took an action in error, you may appeal by emailing contact@keeper.ai with:

  • The email/phone associated with your account (if applicable)
  • A description of the issue
  • Any relevant context or evidence

We may not be able to provide detailed explanations in every case (for example, where doing so could compromise safety, privacy, or ongoing investigations).
